- Depart for Kibale National Park.
- Drive through the scenic Ugandan countryside, with opportunities to see local communities, farms and beautiful landscapes.
- Stop for lunch along the way.
Afternoon
- Continue towards Fort Portal and the Kibale Forest area.
- Arrive at your lodge and check in.
- Relax and enjoy the surroundings of the forest.
Evening
- Dinner at the lodge.
- Relax and prepare for the following day's chimpanzee trekking experience.

Morning – Chimpanzee Trekking
- Early breakfast at the lodge.
- Transfer to the park headquarters for briefing.
- Meet your ranger guide and begin your chimpanzee trekking experience.
- Walk through the beautiful tropical forest in search of chimpanzees.
- Along the trail, you may encounter other primates such as red-tailed monkeys, black-and-white colobus monkeys and L'Hoest's monkeys.
- Spend time observing the chimpanzees when they are located, following park regulations.
Important: Chimpanzee trekking can involve several hours of walking through forest terrain, so comfortable hiking shoes, long trousers and insect repellent are recommended.
Afternoon – Bigodi Wetland Sanctuary
- Return to the lodge for lunch and relaxation.
- In the afternoon, visit Bigodi Wetland Sanctuary.
- Enjoy a guided nature walk through the wetland and surrounding community.
- Look for monkeys, birds, butterflies and other wildlife.
- Experience aspects of local community life and traditional activities.
Evening
- Return to the lodge.
- Dinner and overnight stay.
